Returns and exchanges
Mokita offers the possibility of exchange your purchase for another item, unless the product arrives defective,within in a period of 7 days from the day of delivery of the order, and provided that it has not been used under any circumstances.
Before sending the change, you have to write us an email to [email protected] with the reason for the change, including order number and the items you would change, if the product its defective you have to send us a photo of it too. Mokita will contact you to let you know if the change has been accepted. We recommend that you send the exchange by any type of courier with acknowledgement of receipt, to avoid any possible loss of the same, although you may use the means of transport that is most convenient for you, as long as there is proof that it has been made within the established period. Mokita is not responsible for shipments that do not arrive at our headquarters. The customer shall bear the costs of the return. No freight collect returns will be accepted.
It is important that your products are in the same condition they were delivered, and without any sign of use, keeping their packaging and all their original labeling. Along with the items you send we need you to include the original proof of purchase, your name, surname, address and a telephone number so that we can contact you if there is any problem with your shipment.
Once we have verified that the items are in perfect condition, we will contact you again to proceed with the sending by email of the coupon for the amount of the purchase so that you can proceed to a new one whenever you wish, without an expiration date.
In case the product you receive is not the one you ordered, please contact us immediately upon receipt of the garment, by e-mail, and we will solve it as soon as possible.
In case of cancellation of the order, if it is before the order has been shipped, you must send us an email to: [email protected] to inform us of the case and we will refund the money without any problem.
