Shipping & delivery
Delivery times and methods, as well as available payment methods, are clearly indicated during the purchase process.
Although the Seller always tries to have the products shown in this online store available, exceptionally it may happen that the requested product is not available. In this case, the Seller will inform the customer of the estimated delivery time for the order. In the exceptional event that the product cannot be provided, the Seller may offer the customer a product of equivalent quality and price. The customer may reject this alternative, and the Seller will be obliged to immediately refund the amount of the product paid by the Customer.
We offer the following payment method:
Credit card.
We do not store any bank details; we redirect you to our bank's payment gateway, which is a secure space managed by the bank itself.
We work with different transport agencies depending on the area. Your order may be delivered at any time during the day, normally between 9:00 AM and 8:00 PM, and a signature may be requested upon delivery against receipt. If no one is available to accept the delivery, a written message will be left advising how and where to collect the shipment.
Mokita and its carriers are responsible for your garments while they are in transit until they are delivered to the specified delivery address. A signature or confirmation is always requested for the delivery of the garment to the delivery address, and it is at that moment that responsibility for the purchased garments passes to the customer. Evidence of the signature or delivery confirmation is proof of delivery and compliance by Mokita and, likewise, of the transfer of responsibility.
Mokita is not responsible for any delay in delivery caused by transport or postal strikes, logistical incidents, force majeure, or any customs management process at the destination.
Insurance, customs, and duties NOT included.
For Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, and Andorra: DUA (Single Administrative Document). Import payable at destination by the buyer under DAP conditions.
If the order has to go through customs, Mokita is not responsible for customs fees, additional taxes, import duties, or any other costs that may arise. These will be borne by the buyer.
