Refund and exchange policy

At Mokita, we offer you the possibility to exchange your purchase for another item, but under no circumstances will we issue a refund, unless the product arrives defective, within a maximum period of 7 calendar days from the day of delivery, and provided that it has not been used under any circumstances.

Before sending the exchange, it is absolutely essential that you send an email to info@mokitashop.es stating the reason for the exchange, including your order number and the item(s) you wish to exchange, accompanied by a photo if the product is defective. Mokita will contact you to inform you if the exchange has been accepted. We recommend that you send the exchange using a courier service with proof of delivery to avoid any possible loss, although you may use any means of transport that is most convenient for you, as long as there is proof that it was sent within the established period. Mokita is not responsible for shipments that do not reach our premises. The customer will bear the return shipping costs. Returns sent freight collect will not be accepted.

It is important that your products are in the same condition as when they were delivered, and without any signs of use, retaining their original packaging and all original tags. Along with the items you send, we need you to include the original proof of purchase, your name, surname, address, and a phone number so we can contact you if there are any problems with your shipment.

Once we have verified that the items are in perfect condition, we will contact you again to send you an email coupon for the purchase amount so that you can make a new purchase whenever you wish, with no expiration date.

In the event that the product you receive is not what you ordered, please contact us immediately upon receiving the garment, by email, and we will resolve it as soon as possible.

In the case of order cancellation, if it is before the order has been shipped, you must send us an email to: info@mokitashop.es to inform us of the situation and we will refund your money without any problem.
