Delivery times and methods of delivery, as well as available payment methods, are clearly indicated during the purchase process.

Although the Seller tries to always have available the products shown in this online store, exceptionally it may happen that the product requested by the customer is not available. In this case the seller will inform the customer of the delivery time of the order. In the exceptional case of not being able to provide the product, the seller may offer the customer a product of equivalent quality and price. The Customer may refuse this alternative and the Seller shall be obliged to immediately refund the amount of the product paid by the Customer.

We offer the following payment method:

We do not store any bank data, we refer you to our bank’s payment gateway, which is a secure space managed by it.

We work with different transportation agencies depending on the area. Your order can be delivered at any time during the day (from 9:00 to 20:00) and a signature will be requested upon delivery under receipt. If there is no one to accept delivery, a written message will be left recommending how and where to pick up the shipment.

Mokita and its carriers are responsible for your garments during the time they are in transit until they are delivered to the specific delivery address. A signature is always requested to deliver the garment to the delivery address, and it is at the moment of signature that the responsibility for the purchased garments passes to the customer. Signature evidence is proof of delivery and performance by Mokita and likewise, transfer of responsibility. Mokita is not responsible for any delay in delivery caused by transportation or postal strikes, or by any customs clearance process at the destination.

If the order has to go through customs, Mokita is not responsible for any additional customs charges or taxes that may arise. These will be borne by the buyer.
